Lea Ann Crawford, M.A., LPC
I specialize in treating adults who have experienced sexual, psychological, or complex trauma and struggle with anxiety, depression, dissociation, and codependency. I have experience working with veterans on PTSD, adjusting to civilian work/life, and relationship challenges. I also enjoy helping clients navigate challenging life transitions, relational difficulties and grief. I am EMDR Certified and use that along with attachment, parts work, mindfulness and other helpful, evidenced-based therapies as I work with you to create a treatment plan that is right for you as a unique individual.
As a member of a first responder family, I have a passion for working with police, firefighters, paramedics, dispatchers, and others in high stress careers. My own personal experiences help me understand the unique culture and challenges that come with a career in these fields, and I can relate to the special challenges of their families.
I strive to create a safe and supportive environment with authentic warmth, empathy and a direct approach. My focus is on helping you heal from the past and build resilience and confidence for today.
