Lexi brings a wealth of experience in healthcare operations and client relationship management to our practice, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional client experiences. With a Bachelor of Public Health from the University of Texas at Arlington, she has served as an integral member of provider care teams, leveraging her expertise to support efficient workflows and quality client care. Beyond clinical documentation, she manages administrative tasks such as team efficiency, scheduling, report generation, and policy adherence, demonstrating her organizational acumen.

In her career, Lexi has excelled as an efficiency partner to healthcare providers, fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and mitigating potential issues to exceed expectations. Her ability to manage all aspects of client projects reflects her exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Her dedication ensured timely and accurate patient records, supporting informed decision-making and maintaining quality care standards. 

In her free time, Lexi volunteers with Saving Hope Animal Rescue, assisting with medical visits, transport, and adoption events. She also mentors undergraduate students through the MavMentors program at UTA, sharing her knowledge and experience to inspire future professionals.
