With a focus on empathy and respect, I will tailor therapeutic strategies to address each client's specific needs, ensuring a personalized and practical counseling experience.
 
My experience spans a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, family and couples' issues, children, adolescents, and adults, as well as trauma. I am committed to helping my clients navigate these challenges and supporting them on their healing and personal growth journey.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (supervised by Christopher Keener, LPC-Supervisor). I received my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at the University of Texas in Brownsville and my Master's in Counseling at Southern Methodist University. I began counseling clients in 2022 at the SMU's clinic. During that time, I also worked as a full-time Bilingual teacher for 13 years.
